Sophomore Guard Tyler Fields visits Fresno Pacific University

Sophomore guard Tyler Fields is looking to finish his career at West Hills Lemoore on a strong note. He is one of four returning players from last year's inaugural season. He played and started in all 28 contests last year. He averaged 10.1 ppg, 3.3 rpg, 3.0 apg, and 1.8 spg on the season. Fields looks to build upon those numbers this season. Already through nine games this season, Tyler is already on pace to exceed his previous averages from last season.

While there is a lot of season left to be played, Tyler is looking to find a home to continue his academic and athletic future. On November 26, 2019, Tyler along with Head Coach Phillip Todd, went to visit Fresno Pacific University. They were able to take in some action as the Fresno Pacific men's basketball team took on Cal State Monterey Bay. The FPU men's team took the win as they defeated CSUMB by a score of 78-67. The Fresno Pacific Sunbirds are a Division II school that competes in the Pacific West Conference.
